From 2001 to 2007 Federico developed his high level investment expertise with McKinseys Corporate Finance Practice, dealing with leading financial institutions, Private Equity funds, and large industrial companies in the growth and M&A areas.

From 1997 to 2000 Federico worked in the Corporate Finance Advisory Division of HSBC Investment Banking in London where, as Associate Director, he managed multiple Financial Advisory, M&A, and IPO deals for small and medium-sized industrial companies in Europe, with a specific focus on the Italian market.
