Employment and Recruitment Consultant, Mrs Winnie Wang has been on the commercial scene in Singapore for many years now. She is a pioneer and leader in the field of both local and foreign employment and FDWs' placement servics. Many businesses and families have greatly benefited from her services.

Her early pioneering effort saw the penetration and opening of new FDWs and labour supply sources in countries such as the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand and sri Lanka. Efforts were extended to other exotic places like India and Myanmar in the mid 90's. She was instrumental in the introduction of the FDWs selection video back in 1982. This method proved then to be an instant hit and remains an essential element in the FDWs selection process to date.

She is considered by many as an authority in her field and is well respected by her peers and coleagues in the industry. She made regular TV appearances and has often been invited to panel discussions and interviews by the local media. Mrs Wang's strong belief in the benefits of personnel training and self-improvement motivated her to invest in private education and institutions. Formerly a teacher, she understands the importance of providing proper training (both local & foreign) to Jobseekers. Discipline and continual learning is the key subject in the process.
