Incorporated in February 1993, APF Engineering (S) Pte Ltd was renamed to APF Construction Pte Ltd in 2013 with a focus on General Building & Civil Engineering Works. The firm has achieved Bizsafe Star and ISO 9001:2008.

The initial stage of the business focused on building services in the Air-conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation Installation, Plumbing & Sanitary System and Fire Protection Installation services. Prior to this change in direction, the company used to hold the following Grades:
