Singapore today is our manufacturing base for advanced semiconductor equipment, worldwide supply chain operations and several global corporate functions. More recently, we jointly invested with A*STARs Institute of Microelectronics in a state-of the art R&D laboratory for 3D chip packaging that will enable electronics to become more portable, powerful, and affordable than ever before.
