Arrows School of Ministry started in 2000 when Pastor Benny Ho went to Perth to help establish a local church training school focused on making disciples. Over time as the curriculum was written and developed, other local churches expressed interest in using the materials for their training. In 2003, Arrows School of Ministry was officially registered and the curriculum was made available to the wider Body of Christ.

Arrows School of Ministry derived her name from Isaiah 49: 1 -3 which speaks of arrows being sharpened, polished and kept in the quiver until the Divine Archer release them to their destiny. This was the passage that God used to confirm Pastor Bennys move from Singapore to Perth. The Lord further confirmed this move by using Sister Lai Kheng Pousson to release a vision of arrows being shot out of Perth in an organized fashion. Thus, Arrows School of Ministry was birthed.
