Enoch Ch'ng
is a risk management practitioner, banker and strategy consultant with 27 years of experience. He is the Director of AsiaMetrics Pte Ltd and an adjunct faculty member of the Singapore Management University.

Prior to starting his own consulting practice, Enoch was the Executive Director in the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), in-charge of providing the financial and technology risk expertise necessary for MAS' supervisory and regulatory functions. He was instrumental in the creation of Singapore's Consumer Credit Bureau that improved credit risk management for the financial industry. Enoch was also responsible in shaping industry-wide risk management regulation and practices such as the Technology Risk Management Guidelines and Business Continuity Management Guidelines, both of which received much international acclaim.

Other equally significant achievements include the implementation of cheque truncation in Singapore, inclusion of Singapore Dollar as a settlement currency in CLS and supervision framework for assessing the adequacy of liquidity risk management of financial institutions. Enoch represented the MAS in the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) Committee on Payment and Settlement Systems (CPSS) from 1999 to 2005.

Prior to joining MAS in 1998, Enoch held several key appointments in risk management and IT functions during his 10-year tenure. He also served as Director, UBS (Futures) Pte Ltd, and as Alternate Director, UBS Data Systems Pte Ltd.
