We started supplying intumescent tubes in small orders for residential units. Gradually, through word of mouth, we began working with established companies for their residential and commercial projects. We view our clients as an integral part of our business, regardless the size of their orders. We endeavour to provide reliable, quality products at competitive prices. With these beliefs, we grew from strength to strength. To date, we estimate that we supplied to at least 30% of fire doors manufactured in Singapore annually.

In 2012, we started supplying our Assured fire&sound sealants. The sealants have a 4-hour fire resistance tolerance at 1,000 degress celcius and the effective sound barrier properties. These sealants have been used as a sound insulation for air-conditioned systems, auditoriums and doors. To date, our fire&sound sealants have been used in many iconic buildings in Singapore that were built from 2012 onwards. Some of these mega-projects are currently still in construction.
