Avitra began its business journey in 1984
with the incorporation of Avitra Aviation Services Private Limited in Singapore.

During its early years, Avitra took on work and projects for the Singapore Ministry of Defence and the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF). Both, including the Republic of Singapore Army and Navy, have remained key customers to this day.

Avitras business interests straddle a wide spectrum of products and services. They include the purchase and sale of aircraft, trading in aircraft components and spares, biometric security solutions for airports and border control, airline fleet management support and long-term aircraft maintenance and engine support programmes and proprietary software for information display systems at airports, train and other terminals.
