To be the education institution where childrens learning and development takes place joyfully, naturally and authentically. Child as the focus, the competent individual, the unique self in every decision-making, to always have the best interest of the child and place childs well-being, growth and development as the focus and purpose in everything we do. Every child is competent and can reach his/her full potential given the right support. Every child is celebrated for his/her uniqueness and every child has a place in Bibinogs.

Teacher as the facilitator, the mentor, the caregiver, the friend the teacher facilitates the childs learning by creating meaningful and enriching learning experiences, and creating opportunities and space for learning to take place naturally, holistically and in authentic manners, while being the nurturing caregiver, and the fun (and funny) friend at the same time. The teacher is also the mentor and the exemplar, and guides childrens learning and development through teacher-led activities and modeling.

? Parent as the expert, the partner, the guide the parent is the expert of their own child and is respected for their expertise. The parent help shape the childs development in partnership with the teacher and the school. Collaboration with and involvement of the parent is the goal for every decision-making as home-school congruence is the recipe for the healthy development of a child.

Curriculum & programme as the platform, the tool, the enabler to provide children with engaging, multi-dimensional, contextualised and well-researched curriculum, learning activities and experiences to support and spur the childs development at every stage. To provide children with experiences and opportunities to learn naturally and authentically, through their hands, hearts and minds. To support children in becoming effective bilingual (English and Mandarin) speakers through our strong language immersion approach and our high quality and engaging programmes that give children a head start right from infancy all the way to primary school years.

? Management & support staff as the anchor, the partner to provide support, guidance and leadership to allow every teacher to be the best teacher he/she can be, everyday. To be the support and partner to the parent, in working towards the common goal of helping the child reach his/her full potential.
