Bumitama Agri Ltd. is a young emerging producer of Palm Oil ("PO") & Palm Kernel ("PK"), with significant oil palm plantation in Indonesia. Our primary business activities are cultivating oil palm trees, as well as harvesting and processing fresh palm fruit bunches ("FFB") into PO and PK, which we sell to refineries in Indonesia. Our operations are strategically located in three provinces in Indonesia, namely Central Kalimantan, West Kalimantan and Riau, which are well-suited for our plantations and PO mills are also located in close proximity for efficient logistics support.

As of 31 December 2014, we own and/or control an aggregate of 199,242 hectares of land (including land under the Plasma Programme), of which 153,268 hectares are planted area.

The weighted average age of our oil palm trees is about 6.0 years as of 31 December 2014. Peak production years for oil palms range from between seven to eighteen years.
