Calm Oceans Pte. Ltd. (?Calm Oceans?) was incorporated on 1 December 2011. Under the leadership of our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mr Brian Chang, Calm Oceans designs, builds and owns drilling and production Jack-Ups. Our company owns the patent for the design and the application of the Mono Column Platform (MCP) in offshore exploration, development and production.
The MCP is designed to operate in water depths of up to 500 feet in different seabed conditions. Calm Oceans has an in-house engineering facility fully equipped with advanced software solutions and well-experienced team of engineers and naval architects to carry out design & technical assessment of the MCP for various field conditions. We design and configure the MCP to meet clients specification and the associated field requirement. This provides a cost-effective and highly efficient solution for offshore exploration, development and production.
