Shortly after the arrival of my youngest son Roy, I felt that I had found my true calling. I had successfully given birth and granted life to my four boys and began to conceive many clear ideas of what truly matters. I adore working with young children and could see myself doing it for the rest of my life.
Some people say that character is caught and not taught. This issue is too important to be left to hearsay. Hence, building on my prior training in early childhood education, I went on to develop CMs Character-Morphosis Programme, which is very much leveraging on the research of world-renowned developmental psychologist and educator, Dr Thomas Lickona. His core belief informs us that character must be taught, caught and practiced for it to take root in a childs heart.
