Creative Culinaire started as a baking school in May 2000 under the leadership of Executive Chef Judy Koh.The company grew steadily; founding Caffe Pralet in August 2006. Creative Culinaire now boasts 3 locations along their stretch of Eng Hoon Street in the prime Tiong Bahru area.
Our objective is to spread the love of baking; both the act and its rewards. Our baking and cooking classes cater to all skill levels from beginners to professionals. Through our stable of professional bakers that supply all baked food to the cafe, we present to students the quality of our teaching through the quality of our cakes and breads. With 2 fully-equipped kitchen classrooms and a caf, Creative Culinaire practices what it preaches by teaching the recipes of bread and cakes sold in the cafthrough the school.
