Creative Twinkles was established in May 1999 with several centres in Woodlands. The present principal of Creative Twinkles, Mrs Christina Fong, has been with the school since 2003, starting out as a Teacher, then a centre manager, before becoming principal. She has obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education with Second Class Honours from the University of Wales. Mrs Fong has over 12 years of industry experience.
Since then, she has expanded its operations to Clementi and Jurong West. There is also a strong emphasis on continual improvement as Mrs Fong believes in constantly improving the curriculum to reflect industry, environmental and market changes.
