Michael Huang joined CRM Claims Consultants Pte Ltd in April 2013 after gaining experience with a global marine claims and settling agency as well as one of the big 3 broker house. During his time with the global marine claims and settling agency, he spent time on secondment in London and New York. He has worked closely with a varied number of global clients, including major electronics manufacturers, global commodities traders, international food and beverage companies, pharmaceutical producers along with a number of Asian and American based clients. He has broad knowledge of all types of marine cargo and liability claims procedures.
Michael is fluent in both English and Chinese and has spent a great deal of time as a liaison when dealing with Underwriters, Assureds, and Local correspondents, which includes full claims management, process integration and file auditing. He is also responsible for the day to day handling of case files and has been involved in CRMs business development.
