A serial entrepreneur, Kah Howe co-founded Simulation Training Consultancy in 2003 which specializes in simulation-based experiential learning programs.

In 2009, he and a handful of successful entrepreneurs, angel investors started a venture incubation and consultancy company - Ecube Global Pte Ltd.

Since incorporation, Ecube had turned around a PCB factory in Shen Zhen with US$15M in annual sales with 5 months and successfully incubated Project Victor, an oil and gas company whose products aims at a US$28B annual energy sector in Singapore.

KYKO is the third incubation project for Ecube Global. The fourth incubation company is an animation education company from United States.

He has angel funded in Project Victor, an auto grooming company in Bangkok and a TV setup box company in Beijing. The TV setup box company in Beijing had been co-invested by Lenovo and Cisco. He had held shares in trust for other fellow investees.
