Our company is located at the multi-storey food factory of FoodXchang@Admiralty, 8A Admiralty Street. Our customers cover both grand companies and supermarkets and also individual restaurant and residents. All our products are made from 100% non-GMO bean and highly reputated by our customers. BaiYe Tofu ?????? is a traditional Chinese soybean product and popular in Mainland China, Taiwan and Hong Kong for hundreds years. Baiye Tofu can be further processed to different forms, some examples are: Knot of Baiye; Ban of Baiye; Roll of Baiye; Strips of Baiye and so on. By further boiling and braising in natural seasonings, a new product called ?Suji Tofu? or ?Vegetarian Chicken (??????, which can be formed to different shapes such as rolls and blocks, is also very popular and enjoyed by customers. Another product is the braised Tau Kwa (??), a pressed thin Tofu product firm in texture and tender in taste and braised in natural seasonings with a golden brown appearance and tasteful savour.
