About Us
Frankel Tutors was registered with the Ministry of Education as a tutorial school in the year 1996. Starting off with a core team of 4 teachers, at a rented shoplot in Frankel Avenue, the centre soon grew in size, increasing its enrolment from a mere 10 students in its early days to more than 120 at its peak. Students came mainly from the Frankel Estate, Siglap and Opera Estate areas, where parents soon became convinced about the quality of education at the little centre.
