Our Story

GECKO MUSIC was founded by Daniel Foo in 2002, operating as a compact recording and custom professional audio equipment designing studio based in Melaka, Malaysia, providing services to various level of clients in the music and audio industry, from individuals to multi-national corporations (MNCs).

In 2005, a research and development (R&D) unit of GECKO MUSIC, GECKO INSTRUMENTS was incorporated in Singapore to handle all R&D works for GECKO® professional audiophile products. This R&D unit was later consolidated and its operation moved to GECKO MUSIC GROUP headquarters in Melaka, Malaysia. The Director of R&D (to this day) is GECKO MUSIC's founder Daniel Foo and he is assisted by a pool of elite international engineers and system developers in his quest for perfection in audio reproductions.

2006 marked the incorporation of GECKO PRODUCTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore, a division for artists management and humanitarian works.

In 2013, GECKO MUSIC (BORNEO) SDN. BHD. (also known as GECKO® BORNEO) was incorporated in Sibu, Sarawak to oversee GECKO MUSIC's operations in East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak), and Brunei.

2014 marked another milestone for GECKO MUSIC GROUP's expansion - the incorporation of GECKO MUSIC (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. (also known as GECKO® SINGAPORE) to oversee GECKO MUSIC's operations in Singapore and the global market.

Today, GECKO MUSIC GROUP ????????has grown to become a world leader in professional audiophile equipment, gaining followings from musicians, recording artists, sound engineers, and audiophiles while setting new standards in the audio and music industry.
