The company was formed under GeoGlide Holdings Pty Ltd in Singapore via the private acquisition and consolidation of two Brisbane based drilling services companies Surtron Directional Technologies and Australian Drilling Tools & Equipment (ADT&E) in early 2015.

This was initiated after the acquisition of the directional drilling services division of Surtron Technology in September 2014 ? Australias first and largest independent directional drilling service company with a track record of over 1,000 Coal Bed Methane (CBM) wells drilled in Australia, UK, USA and China.
