Georgie De Salon first outlet was established since 1997. Due to the booming business of the hair salon, it led to the setting up of Georgies Hair Academy in September 2006 at the current premise which is located at Ang Mo Kio. It aims to provide various courses from basic right up to advance stages for those who are interested to make hairdressing as their career. Accompanied by a certificate approved by the CASE TRUST in September 2007, this will enhance the confidence of international students and their parents in the quality of education in Singapore.
Georgie De Salon has been awarded the Golden Scissors Award in 1988 and 1989, Wella Award in 1990 and recently the Schwarzkopf Award in 2006.
