Andrew Tay holds the position of managing director and is responsible for charting the overall strategic direction of the company. He is actively involved in the client engagement processes, from identifying the right policies to processing your claims.

Having started his career in the insurance industry since 1982, Andrew brings a wealth of experience in dealing with insurance matters. While nurturing Goshen to be the Financial advisory firm that it is now, he also held a managerial position during a stint with Inter Alliance International between 2005-2008 where he was tasked to supervise a team of financial advisers.

Andrew is actively involved in a number of social/charity organizations, e.g. St Johns ? St Margarets Church, Jaycees, Lion Club International as he is a firm believer of giving back to the society through investing time and financial resources.

Apart from running the business, Andrew enjoys playing golf in his leisure time.

Elizabeth has been part of the team since 1996 and brings support by running the operational and administrative function of the business. Elizabeth is also certified to provide advice in the areas of business and personal insurance.

She is passionate about helping people reach their full potential. In her leisure time, she enjoys taking long walks in the nature.
