The firm was established in 2001 by Mr. Francis Hwang, who is registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore. Mr. Hwang graduated from the University of Sydney, Australia, in 1991, with a Bachelor degree in Architecture. He has been practicing architecture in Singapore since then.
