La Forketta Gastronomia Italiana was established in Singapore in 1993 as a restaurant serving truly authentic home-style Italian cuisine specializing in pasta dishes made only with home-made fresh pasta and authentic Italian pizza.

Today due to its passionate effort to rediscover forgotten tastes of the Italian cuisine La Forketta has become a research project that selects unique products in order to recreate extraordinary recipes. In the whole procedure from the selection to the creation of the dishes our guiding rules are the freshness and quality of the ingredients, which are carefully crafted and tastefully presented with friendly service in an invitingly pleasant ambiance.
