mimoTREE is an industry-focused members-only talent referral platform designed primarily to help companies reach out to mid-senior level executives. It is founded with a core objective of achieving an effective and efficient model by bringing all the best elements in the hiring process. With a founding principle that contributing members should be rewarded, we developed a formula that distributes the reward in an equitable manner.

How it works?

Employers post their jobs for free and only pay a service fee upon successful hire. Our exclusive members from the same industry refer ?best-fit? candidates to the jobs posted. Upon a referred candidate being successfully hired by the employer, every referral members who contributed to this hiring success will be rewarded.
