MTQ Fabrication Pte Ltd is one of the few companies in Singapore that specializes in providing advanced coating solutions through cutting edge technology in thermal spraying. Under the thermal spraying process, the material is melted in a thermal source and propelled onto a work piece to form coatings that are able to withstand material degradation and enhance work-piece performance through minimizing erosion, wear and corrosion.

Our coating facilities include a state-of-the-art High Velocity Oxygen Fuel spraying system that produces very dense, extremely well bonded coating that is virtually free from oxides and porosity; a six-axis robot and a 2-axis work-piece manipulator for coating consistency.
