Overseas Courier Services (OCS) was established in 1959. Our Head Office is located in Shibaura, Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan by a consortium of major Japanese newspaper publishers including, The Asahi Shimbun, The Nikon Kansai Shimbun, the Yomiuri Shimbun, the Mainichi Shimbun. Since then OCS has been the exclusive and sole wholesale distributors of these esteemed publications.

The 1980s boom created a prime growth opportunity of the then OCS network, the following services, Domestic and International Express Delivery Services and International Ecommerce Delivery was added to the existing highly reliable newspaper subscription and delivery service. Since 2010 OCS is a member of the ANA Group of Companies.

Our outstanding reputation was created a high level of trust with which our clients have in the safety, speed and reliability of our services. There is no end to our pursuit of service excellence. Our customers range from government offices, multi-national corporations, financial institutions, and trading companies all-around the globe.

In short, we still provide integrated post office services to Japan, Malaysia and also for the rest the rest of world. We are part of the OCS/ All Nippon Airways (ANA) international network to provide international airfreight and express courier services.
