Octis Technology Pte. Ltd. provides independent design review and forensic engineering consultancy in fault, failure, fire and explosion, and accident investigations as well as expert witness and litigation support services.

We have a broad range of technical knowledge, expertise and experience required for fire and explosion, fault and failure investigations. Our mission is to provide our clients with fault and forensic analyses as well as investigations that are of the highest quality in the industry in our areas of practice.

The principal consultant, Er. Dr. Tan Yoke Lin, is a registered and licenced professional engineer. He has a certificate in fire investigation and a certificate in fire risk assessment. He has been engaged or appointed by owners, power plant operators, power transmission company, manufacturers, lawyers, insurers and re-insurers, loss adjusters, consultants, contractors, etc. to carry out failure and fire investigations as well as to assist to resolve technical issues and/or disputes since 1996
