Their experience in Building, Facilities and Leasing Management came from their years of managing a portfolio of self-owned properties acquired by the company they were working for then.

Whilst handing the company's in-house Building and Facilities Management Department, they expanded their operations to include Facilities and Lease Management for 3 Major Government Agencies and a Public Listed oil and gas Multinational Corporation.
