One North Capital Pte. Ltd. was founded by Lee Ming San in 2008. It is an independent, owner-managed investment manager based in Singapore where it holds a Capital Markets Services Licence in Fund Management for accredited and institutional investors under the Securities and Futures Act of Singapore.

Lee Ming San

Mr. Lee is Managing Director of One North Capital. Prior to this, he was CEO of CIMB-GK Securities from 2005 to 2008, where he was responsible for the overall management of CIMB's regional investment banking, institutional equities, retail equities and wealth management businesses. He was previously an Executive Director of G.K.Goh Holdings Limited in Singapore where he was responsible for institutional equities and various joint ventures.

Mr. Lee began his career at Ernst & Young in London, where he specialised in banking and capital markets. He worked for Baring Securities in London and Tokyo from 1990 to 1993.

Mr. Lee holds an MA (Economics) from Cambridge University and is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He is a non-executive Director of the Viva Foundation for Children with Cancer and Seatown Holdings Pte. Ltd. He is also a member of the Governing Board of Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School Singapore.

Cecilia Mak

Ms. Mak joined One North Capital as Investment Director in 2012. She was previously Managing Director of Pacific Group Ltd in Hong Kong, where she helped manage its flagship hedge fund as well as its Greater China long-only fund. Prior to that, she was a Fund Manager at AXA Rosenberg Asia Pacific in Hong Kong. Ms. Mak worked at Sir Norman Foster and Partners before switching to the financial industry in 1996, when she became a consumer analyst at Kim Eng Securities in Hong Kong.

Ms. Mak holds a M.Sc. in Financial Management from the University of London and a BA in Architectural Studies from the University of Newcastle. She also holds a Diploma in Finance & Business Management from the Chinese University in Hong Kong.

George Sycip

Mr. Sycip is a non-executive Director of One North Capital Limited, a company incorporated with limited liability in the Cayman Islands. He is President of Halanna Management Corporation (a project development and investment company in the US) as well as Founder and Principal of Galaxaco China Group LLC (a cross-border investment advisory group in China and the US).

Mr. Sycip holds an AB (International Relations/Economics) from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is a non-executive Director of Bank of Orient San Francisco, Beneficial Life Insurance Company Philippines, MacroAsia Corporation, Arasor International Group and Medtecs Corporation.
