Rafal graduated Cracow University of Technology in 2009 with a Masters Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning. Initially joining Grupa 68 in Poland before moving to New York to deliver a $2.5 Billion resort project in Atlantic City for Archtectonica. Excited by the possibilities emerging from the urbanisation of Asia Rafal moved to Singapore in 2011 to work on a wide range of large high profile mixed use developments. He was a responsible for design leadership on a number of projects across Asia culminating in Shekou financial centre, Shenzen China and Ikon Connaught retail mall in Malaysia. In 2013 he, together with his partners ,established design practice OOZN Design in Singapore.

Established in 2013 By Rafal Kapusta with Stephanie Gunawan and Peter Morris joining soon after to bring their experience to an expanding range of projects. Our design emerges from a careful analysis of the evolution of contemporary life. We approach every project with an open mind utilising our creative and analytical skills to improve any given brief. We believe in simple hardworking solutions that enhance existing assets whilst ensuring that our work brings a sense of joy and excitement to any situation.
