Solution Delivery process

OpenB assigns a Project Manager together with development resources to the project.
You assign a Product Owner, who is responsible for defining deadline, scope and has dedicated time to handle requirements and feedback from other stakeholders.
The delivery process is broken up into 2 - 3 week sprints, with the aim of a potentially shippable product at the end of each cycle
After testing the system and gathering feedback, you can initiate changes after each iteration
Your Product owner will work with our Project manager to prioritise the sprint backlog and update the product backlog.
Daily Scrum meetings are held to streamline collaboration among the developers and Project manager.
