Founded by former Singapore Airlines head of public affairs Rick Clements, RC&A's network includes consultants who have directed crisis communication activities in situations ranging from air crashes to product recalls, as well as former print and broadcast journalists who have reported on crises and know from the inside how the media work in a crisis.
