San Synergy Pte Ltd was first established in 1964 as A P Lim Builders and incorporated in 1978 as A P Lim Builders Pte Ltd.

As the building industries move fast to keep pace with the world to go "Green", our organisation being in this trade since 1964 supports this call.
After much careful study, we have been able to source a quality composite timber product, which exceeds the standards of the building industries. We are promoting a range that can be used for:

External floor decking
Internal flooring
Skirtings
Wall feature panels
External wall cladding
Facade screen & sun shade louvers
Ceilings
Railings

Our composite timber has a natural timber tone with wood grain look and finish. They are recyclable, fire, water and termite resistant. They come in a variety of colours, require low maintenance and will not rot, crack or splinter when exposed to our harsh weather.

All our composite timbers are TUV SUD PSB tested and certified Green Building Product.

With a history spanning over 46 years and expertise in the building industry, we have undertaken building & engineering works, mechanical & electrical works, outdoor recreation and many other specialised jobs.
