Operator: We use repositioning strategies to drive returns and retain operational control of all investments. SilkRoad has in-house capabilities for deal sourcing, asset management, project management and financing.

Fiduciary: In addition to extensive property expertise, the team members have years of experience working for some of the worlds largest investors, such as GIC, APG and AP1, and have gained a thorough understanding of the standards and reporting large investors require.
