In 2013, after returning from a 3 month internship from USA in a top drumstore. . Benny Lim realised that there wasn't any specialised Drum Store in Singapore.
With the experience fresh garnered from USA, he started Singapore Drum Shop with the aim of making it a place for drummers and musicians alike to gather together and purchase items at a reasonable price.
