Since 2009 August 17, Swisstouches Hotels and Resorts very successfully planned the concept, layout, design direction, operational structure system and together with HBA Design the total theme for the hotel, which was launched and opened in 2011 November as Swisstouches Hotel Xian. Until early May 2014 under our high quality Swiss Management, the hotel beat all annual gross operational profit and revenue targets agreed with the investor, achieved almost 90% occupancy in late 2013 and early May 2014, ranked and scored very highly on Ctrip and Tripadvisor as well as achieved a very high position in Xian market. In addition, the investor and building owner openly praised the hotel under our management.
