Founded in 1986, Sysma Holdings Limited is principally engaged in providing building construction services to the private sector in Singapore.


Over the last 28 years, the Group has chalked up an impressive and diverse track record, having undertaken more than 140 projects for buildings encompassing residential, commercial, heritage and conservation, institutional, industrial buildings and educational institutions. The Groups focus is on building high-end landed housing (especially Good Class Bungalows) and executing addition and alteration works on landed and other properties in Singapore which require high quality furnishings and fittings. To date, the Group has constructed more than 105 bungalows in Singapore, of which 29 are in Sentosa Cove. In FY2013, Sysma has also diversified into property development.
