TC Chua Construction Pte Ltd was founded on the 8th of November 2004, singlehandedly through a humble beginning by our founder Mr. Chua Tuan Cheng, with a nominal startup capital. Based in Singapore, we have since gained recognition and acknowledgement as one of the most recognised and professionally respected construction company and general contractor in the industry. Our company started off working on acquaintances projects which had definitely helped kick-start our company and brought us to where we are right now. Supported with a high initial trust level, we were endowed with our first project valued at 2.4million, in January 2005. In less than two years, we managed to secure our biggest project at that period of time, valued at 6 million.

Since then, we have managed to sustain our business success by undertaking various challenging projects, ranging from warehouse to private housing such as waterfront residences, bungalows and etc. We take pride in the works we have completed as well as the ongoing works we are completing, which proudly showcases the skills and abilities that we have. Our impressive portfolio includes a bungalow at Sentosa Southern Cove, a massive factory warehouse in Tuas, as well as an industrial building at 14 Gul Lane, which is also our proudest model building, to name a few. These projects involved both construction and/or design of new buildings or restoration of existing buildings.
