In 1999, Virsagi, a Management Consultancy, was incorporated. Its main area of expertise was in the training of construction workers.

During 2000 to 2005, we operated a training center in Singapore that trained workers in construction skills.

We later established an Overseas Test Center (OTC) in India and two in Dhaka, Bangladesh. These OTCs train workers in their source countries for the Singapore market.

The 2 centers in Dhaka offered skills training in Steel Reinforcement, Metal Formwork, TimberFormwork, Plastering, Tiling and Electrical Training.

Both centers were ably supported by about 170 Instructional and Management Staff responsible for the professional and quality training given to the thousands of trainees that enrolled in the centers.
