Mdm Wee is the founder of the Company. She is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and a Fellow Member of CPA Australia. She had graduated from Nanyang University of Singapore with Bachelor of Commerce (Accountancy). She is also a member of Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals (SIATP) as Accredited Tax Advisor for both Income Tax and GST.

She has a wide range of experience in audit and assurance, taxation, liquidation, accounting, corporate secretarial and providing financial consulting services to a broad range clients including non-profit organisations, manufacturing, trading, retail, construction, property development and technology companies for a period stretching over 35 years.
