In addition to a strong corporate governance with our headquarters in Singapore we have key staff personnel in each country of trade where we transact as a risk mitigation.

We have been successful in transacting a variety of commodity cargos with clients in Asia, Middle East and Africa. We spread our risk over various commodities and on a monthly basis we complete trades in the following commodities:

Steam Coal, Hard Vegetables, Refined Sugar, Fuel Oil, Spices, Cement. In addition we offer trade finance and pre-shipment finance services.

As of June 2013 we have a substantial investment of approx. $40 Million per annum on a monthly balance sheet in "cash" pre-shipment finance transactions. These are anywhere between USD 100,000 - USD 5,000,000 per transaction. In addition, we offer our clientele usage of our credit facilities. The credit facilities we offer are between USD 1,000,000 - USD 10,000,000 per transaction.

Because of our expertise and experience, our risk management services and strong relationships with our sellers, buyers as well as third party traders, we have no defaults or arrears on any cargos purchased or sold.
