On 31 May 1990, a team of specialized engineers with 10 years experience in semiconductor industry is enlisted to form Wholetech System Hitech Limited to sub-contract projects from Ti-Acer Instrument, United Microelectronics Corp, Winbond Electronics Corp and Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Ltd. We proactively promote improvement in design and management skills, which is to develop our strength to lay a firm foundation as a main contractor in the near future. We have also shown continual improvement in our technical field under the technical cooperation and designing guidance from numerous Japanese corporation such as Taiyo Sanso Co., Ltd., ?, Nippon Sanso Co, Osaka Sanso Kogyo Ltd, Taiyo Toyo Sanso Co., Ltd. Our experienced and professional staff is determined to provide extraordinary quality on all our projects, this can be seen from the commendations that we received from famous semiconductor corporations such as Winbond Electronics Corp, United Microelectronics Corp etc.
Under the wise leadership of our director and the combined efforts of all our staff, our business increases tremendously. In 1996, Han Tong Precision Corporation was incorporated to develop and manufacture gas cabinet VMB/VMP. In 1999, Han Tong Precision Corporation was merged into Wholetech System Hitech Limited to optimize common resources and to upgrade our system design, ability of designing and system management to provide the safest and highest quality service to our esteem customers.

In year 2000, our general manager introduced ISO 9001 to our company in order to improve the efficiency in management and to achieve international safety standard. We hope that through this certification, we can implement thorough systematic procedures to advance to a higher level and to provide better quality and innovative products to repay all our customers.
